Order and Purchase FAQ

Use the Buy Now buttons on the Belltech product and buy pages to continue to external PayPal checkout. The Belltech website itself does not process credit cards, store payment information, or run a shopping cart.

PayPal may show available currencies and payment methods based on the checkout configuration and the buyer's region.

Open the Buy page, choose the product you want, and select Buy Now. You will leave BelltechSystems.com and complete checkout on PayPal.

After PayPal checkout, license or download information should be delivered by email if applicable. Make sure the email address used during checkout is correct and check spam or junk folders if the message does not arrive.

The current site provides trial downloads immediately from the Download page. Purchased license details should arrive by email after checkout if applicable.

Any current discounts or bundle offers should appear on the redesigned Buy page. Do not rely on old support-page discount instructions unless the offer has been confirmed.

Purchase-order handling is not currently built into this redesign. Please contact Belltech if an organization needs purchase-order information.

The old site referenced older processors that are not part of the current redesign. Current checkout links go to PayPal, so any statement descriptor is controlled by PayPal and the configured merchant account.

No. CD-ROM delivery is no longer offered. Use the download links for trial installers and the Buy page for purchase links.

CD-ROM delivery is no longer offered, so there is no CD shipment timeline.

If a purchased product requires a license code or registration instructions, those details should be sent by email after checkout. Some products may also include documentation, templates, or graphics depending on the product.

Payment is handled by external PayPal checkout. BelltechSystems.com does not collect or store credit card numbers in this MVC site.
